Copper Burrs, also known as copper washers, are often used with Copper Common Nails to create a traditional copper rivet, similar to clinch nailing. Copper rivets are utilized in classic planked wooden boat construction.

Not for riveting witdh 14g copper nails

Description says these burrs can be used with the copper nails to make rivets. I ordered the 14g copper nails and matching 14g hole burrs. However the burr holes are too large and do NOT cinch down on the 14g nails, making it impossible to use a rivet setter to peen the nail end down after it is cut to length for the material thickness. Would not recommend for rivet use as described.
