Product Details

The ES G100 One Quart Cup gelcoat spray gun is widely considered to be the industry standard for spraying small amounts of gel coat at a time. The main assembly of this sprayer is constructed of cast aluminum, with brass and steel workings. Built-in air volume control governs the rate of spray. This paint gun requires a minimum of 5.8 CFM at 80 PSI of compressed air for proper operation.

Included is a heavy-duty, reuseable plastic cup. The ES G100 also accepts disposable one quart paper cups. Jamestown Distributors also carries 32 ounce disposable cups for this sprayer, sold separately.

The gun works Great The Bad part is I could have purchased it localy $40 cheeper and The so called ""FREE"" shipping That would have cost me $29 cost me $29 for handeling What do they expect me to do come to there crummy store and do there work for them. free shipping indeed wasn't FREE

Q: null When using this gun do you need to clean nozzle each time you use up a papercup to refill ,when your painting a complete boat hull. and is the gelcoat very forgiving as far as the boat hull has been patched before,patches are flat but you can see where they have been attached or do they need to be sanded perfectly flat??

A: You do not need to clean at every refill. We use this for strictly gelcoat and it works great. The finish is all about the prep and you should take extra time to make sure everything is sanded. Do not lay on the gelcoat too thick or it will crack
