Fortress marine anchors are precision machined from an aluminum alloy that is equally strong as steel but only half the weight. This makes FX series anchors easy to manage, rustproof, and faster setting due to its sharper edges and penetrating design. Disassemble for easy storage, or for keeping as a spare.
From the normal 32 degree angle, FX series anchors can be reassembled to a 45 degree angle to increase holding power in difficult to hold soft mud bottoms. All Fortress anchors feature an anodized finish that not only looks great on deck, but is corrosion resistant.
