I had to replace throttle cable on duck boat with a 90hp Yamaha. The video that was on the web site was very helpful to explain what length I needed. It was very easy to install.

I need a new transmission control cable so I replaced the throttle cable at the same time. Was no problem in my old cabin boat(floors come up for east access). Cables work very nice.

Q: null What is the distance between the stationary clamp/pin on the sending end of the cable and the tip where it connects to the throttle lever? I'm looking for a 10' cable with 10.5"" measurement between the points described earlier?

A: Type 3300 cables are identical at each end. Control cables are measured from end to end so your only options are a cable that measures a total of ten feet, or a cable that measures a total of eleven feet. Nominal travel on type 3300 cable is 3"".

Q: null Hello, will this replace a morse d32377-003 192.0 (16ft)?
3 years ago1 Answer
A: I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the Morse cable you are trying to match. The Teleflex 3300 cable I got from Jamestown Distrobutors was actually manufactured by Seatech Marine Products under their Seastar brand. I would suggest contacting them directly. Hope this helps.
