Save your money - won't last

While soft fleece material, these fender covers are flimsy. I've had them on for less than three weeks and there is a hole already worn through one of them where the fender was hitting the rub rail at my marina. I'm surprised that a company like Taylor Made puts their name on this product and surprised that Jamestown bothers to stock them. Go for a cover more durable.

Matchs my hull stripe perfectly and the soft texture get's positive comments. They are stored on the swim platform so the right color is important. Downside: I buy three every yr as they fade in one season. Have tried 403 and sunbrella fabric guard with little success. I have made a ""fender condom"" out of a contractor bag that helps but you must remember to use it.

Very Pleased w/Quality of this Product

Very nice quality product - it looks as though it will provide the best protection for my gel coat. Our dark blue hull shows scratches from fender abrasion and this will definitely help to alleviate further problems.

Does the job

I have six that have been in the Florida sun for over a year. I'm on a pier end so they are in constant contact between the boat in the dock. They get worked pretty hard and hold up well. I've had to resew a seam on one. They do fade and they do pill. They are not pretty sweaters to dress up your fenders for Christmas. Without them, my fenders get gummy and nasty and get the boat gummy and nasty. I'm putting out more fenders and ordering more covers to use with them. Tip: I use them upside-down with the grommet on top.

Used once and the fabric is pilling. Hopefully this will stop and stabilize.
