Circa 1850 DEX Outdoor Oil

I bought this to use on my deck as it had a fungicide in it, and my deck had be pressure washed twice to remove the mold growth on it. its been a couple weeks and yesterday we finally had a warm sunny day so l went out and rolled it on starting in the sunny area, then into the shaded area. I looked up over to the sunny area and it was turning white! The shaded area did not turn white. So now there is a white film on over half of the deck! I have tried a scrub brush to remove it but that's not working the greatest. Any suggestions would be helpful as to what l need to do to remove the white film !!!!..... I have always used an oil on my deck and decided to use this one this year to see if it would help with mold issue.

I purchased this for an interior project, but wanted some extra UV protection on my walnut mantel. I tested several different tung oil products and preferred this one the most. It brought seemed to bring out the color the most of the products I tried and I liked the satin finish. This was my first project with tung oil and I am now a huge fan. It is extremely easy to apply!

I bought this to use on my newly perchased wood deck furniture. I know that's not it's intended use, but so far it seems like it's doing very well and I'm pleased. I wanted something that would protect the furniture from the elements while also protecting them from mildew and the like (we have humid summers here in VA).
