Q: null Where are the mounting locations on this tray? It looks like they are on the longer sides of the tray i.e., the length as opposed to the short side i.e., the width? Is there any way of mounting this tray with screws on the short side i.e., the sides where the strap is overlayed in the picture?

A: This item only has mounting screws on the 2 sides. It does not appear that it is set up to be screwed down on the sides where the strap goes.
