Fast and easy

High silicon bronze isn't always easy to find, but I know Jamestown always has it when I need it. Found it easily, and it shipped very quickly! I'm one happy blacksmith today.

Best bronze rod ever!

I used this to fabricate a terminal barrel bolt for a lifeline. If I drop one again, I have plenty of stock left over to make more. Easy to cut, drill and tap. The machine cuttings displayed a beautiful gold lustre, demonstrating that this rod was real bronze through and through.

shorted TWICE

A straight metal cut at listed length was too much to hope for. Twice I received lengths that were shorter than ordered with end cuts at about 30 degrees making useable length even less. Have to go somewhere else. - stars..

These rods were used to make long bolts for refastening on old wooden boat. They threaded easily for nuts on both ends and went into the boat without a problem.
