I used this for tipping, which can really tug on the bristles but for the cost I thought it lost bristles too much. Otherwise nice.

I purchased this for the rolling tip. It worked okay at first but after a fairly short time it became kicked. The Wooster Shortcut and the Minwax Top Coat that I was using performed much better.

I've tried some over the years. This one drew the air bubbles out really well. Very even results. Painted 5 coats in 3 days.

A very affordable badger brush & if taken care of they will last for years

I just knew these Badger brushes would be Excellent- Makes far less brush- strokes on finishes- easy applying Lacquers, Varnish's and Eurothanes- I won't use any other! LR

The brush is high quality and doesn't lose any bristles. With unthinned or less than 25% thinned varnish it will leave brush strokes even with tipping. Does well in thinned varnish.

The brush shipped to me, that looks more or less identical to the picture, states clearly on the package that it is made from ""100% Badger style China bristle"". The product description states that it is badger hair.

Some of the bristles came out as I was varnishing but overall held it's shape well.

This is a high quality brush and it works well for a smooth finish. It is ""badger style"" China bristle not badger hair.

Horrible brush! Used it once and it started falling apart. The bristles broke apart and left tiny particles in my varnished toe rail. Do not buy unless you want your bright work ruined.
