3M 256 Masking Tape

I used this tape around my water line stripe on a sailboat. I painted the strip three times with Interlux ""Perfection"" two part polyurethane paint, this is a tuff paint. I had concerns as to whether the paint would bleed thru the tape which was left on the boat for four days. After four days and three coats of paint the tape came off leaving no residue and it did NOT allow the paint to bleed thru anywhere. When using this type of paint it is a must to use this quailty tape.
