Questions

1 - 5 of 5 Questions

Q: null I repaired my flag blue Awlgrip Hull and put one coat of new finish paint and 2/1 converter by roller and brushing. It came out sneaky and you can see where the roller ended one area and started the next. It was recommended that I do 2 coats but I don't want to do the same thing again. What do you recommend? If I use the brush reducer T 0003 will that thin it down to provide an even coat?

A: yes, it must be thinned. and as with all automotive/boat paints, find the appropriate technical data sheets & follow them to the letter. personally, i always spray base & top coats.

Q: null I have used a lot of Awlgrip in the past for brushing and spraying. My question is can your company match a color and luster, if provided an actual sample for swatch match?

A: I emailed Awlgrip with this same question, and, yes, they can make any color you want. It costs extra, of course. Dennis

A: i don't remember offhand. as with all paint products, go to the awlgrip website & read the specific directions for the paint product you're using. don't vary from those directions.

Q: null Hi, I spoke to Ryan today and asked him to cancel order 909950. I told him I would reorder just what I needed. It looks like it shipped. If that is the case, please cancel order 910088. I will have an extra quart of spray reducer. Thanks, Jeff
