Q: null Can the Festool ETS EC150/5 also be used for polishing and buffing?

A: Yes on the course setting with a buffing/polishing pad it does a great job. It's a little lower rpm or sower speed at the edge than I was used to with a larger 8__quote__ polisher so it moves a little slower through the task

A: yes. You will need to replace the hook/loop pad on the sander from time to time especially if you use the buffing pads as they put a lot of tension on the hook/loops
