SPRING MAIL-IN REBATE: Save $5 on HRT ECO Aerosol!
Pettit ECO HRT is a new copper-free antifouling paint that features Pettit's Hybrid Reactive Technology to provide a smooth, durable finish that wears away over time, eliminating paint build-up and the need to sand.
ECO HRT contains Econea instead of copper, making it safe and effective for use on pontoons, aluminum boats, and aluminum outdrives. Econea is an effective alternative to cuprous oxide, and boats painted with ECO HRT may be hauled and re-launched with no loss of antifouling effectiveness.
Hybrid Reactive Technology formula utilizes high-density biocide and film modifiers for better color consistency and up to 25% more coverage, while providing a smoother finish than traditional paints. Compatible over most bottom paints.
Available in Gallons, in your choice of Black, Blue or Pontoon Grey. Black also available in quarts and aerosol.

Followed instructions on label and after 2 coats boat bottom looked great. Easy to apply and covered well.

Great overall results. Easy application, be sure to wait specific times between coats. I found a 1/8" nap roller gave me the best results for first 2 coats bc it gave good coverage with little amount of air bubbles and used a 1/8" foam roller for final application which helped give a nice smooth finish. I did reduce by 10% with specified thinner. Love the grey color. 1 gallon covered my catalina 22 with 3 coats including the keel.

I just painted the bottom of my boat with this. It went on well, but be sure to use a short nap roller as specified. If it is too thick, it did not dry well. I put on three thin coats, compared to two coats of the previous paint. I will update this review after some time in the water.
