Product Details

The 3M Perfect-It Foam Polishing Pad utilizes a 3M patented convoluted foam face to produce a wheel-mark free finish on various marine substrates when used with glazes. Simple hook-and-loop (velcro) backing allows for easy attachment to backing pads.

Use with the 3M Perfect-It Back-Up Pad (item no. 3M-05718) and the 3M Superbuff Adapter (item no. 3M-05710). 8 inch diameter.

Look Like a Pro

I was admiring the swirlmark-free shine on my buddy's boat last Spring and asked who detailed it for him. He said he did it himself using these pads and 3M glaze from JD. They work great once you learn how much pressure to apply. You can't stay in one spot for long or else you can burn through whatever you're buffing. If you have general knowledge of how to run a buffer you'll get a swirl-free shine with minimal effort. These pads will make any amateur look like a pro.
