It didn't fit my 250 hp mercury motor like their advertising said it would do and then I had to pay for the return shipping. Not a bit pleased.

Skeg was slightly damaged on a 96 200 Yamaha I bought so put this on to prevent further damage.easy to install with rubber hammer and drill. Everything else is included in kit.

Excellent product very easy to install. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Skeg protector does have drain hole which is a plus.

Was very disappointed ..., took forever, almost two weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, the package was stapled shut with grease marks on it. When I finally got the skeg protector out you could tell that someone had ordered the wrong one , there were grease smudges all over it and you could tell that someone had already tried it drive it on but it was apparently the wrong one. It took me 15 minutes of rubbing it with buffing compound to remove the tarnish and smudge marks. I would have sent it back but after the two weeks of waiting and their screwed up delivery date info ( 3 incorrect arrival dates) I decided to just suck it up and keep it as I had to get back on to the water. Once one I was not impressed at all with the way it met the top of the gear casing as it gives it a canted appearance.., definitely not what I expected from a 100,00 part. Definitely thumbs down to the distributor and another thumbs down to panther
