Repair fiberglass fountain

Great kit for small repairs. Since I do only small fiberglass repairs and very infrequently, this is great to have around. I needed to repair a leak in an old fiberglass fountain. Ended up using two kits, but still much less expensive than buying larger sizes of epoxy. The packets don't go bad or clog up like bottles. Ended up using fabric, as well as both of the fillers for the various parts of the repair.

Q: null Will this effectively bond rubber to existing fiberglass - which I believe is epoxy resin glass.?

A: I may need some more detail here, but generally would say ""No"". You will probably get good initial adhesion to the rubber, but the resin is fairly rigid, so the movement of the rubber will break down that bond fairly quickly. They do make specialized sealants for going between rubber and fiberglass, so that may be a better option. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

Q: null I own a 2007 Triton 297. The fiberglass is an off-white color. Does the repair kit have this color?

A: This kit does not have any color, and the epoxy is not the white colored UV stable material that you see.. Your boat is probably gelcoated or painted, which is a cosmetic step that would come after the fiberglass repair. This product is an amber color by itself, and if you add the silica it will be a milky white, and if you add the microballoons to it it will take on a brown color.
