Q: null what is the order # for s3232tul filter and metal bowl?

1 Answer

A: They do not have the combination S3232TUL and bowl, just for the lower GPM models. Unfortunately you have to get the filter and the bowl Rk3047302 separately.

Q: null have twin 1985 454 mercrusier -330 hp. wish to put recor spin on fuel filter instead of canister filters now on engines what size racor and will 10 micron choke engine as canister filters are 20 to 28 micron? thanks jack haas

A: Jack, You should be able to use the Racor B32020MAM (Replaces Quicksilver / Mercruiser). The finer 10 micron rating is required for newer fuel injected engines. The flow rating of the Racor B32020 is 60 gph which is a little more than each of your 454 330Hp engines burn in one hour at wide open throttle. I have twin Merc 454 400Hp engines and am using these Racors. These spin onto the standard Mercruiser fuel filter/water separator mounts provided you have enough clearance below the filter (Racor ones are taller than standard Mercruiser/Quicksilver).
