sent email to Curley expressing my disappointment. explained how i washed boat, compounded and waxed using their product. final results were terrible. she asked for pics and i emailed two pics. she said she would send me a refund. now, some weeks later, still no refund. if i don't receive soon, i report to bbb.

wish i could review but I STILL don't have product
9 years ago
Ordered 5/1/15. As of today 5/22/15 I still don't have the wax, or another product I ordered (Totalboat Buff). These are standard products, I would think, and should be in stock. If they do need to be backordered it SHOULD NOT take over 3 weeks! Very frustrated as I still can't get the work done on my boat.

Great Product

Total Boat wax is easy to apply, and more importantly, easy to remove after drying. I've been using more expensive waxes for many years, and Total Boat is equally as effective as 3M ultra performance wax or Trewax.

Q: null I""s there a preferred temperature below which it is not advisable to wax. In other words, what is the preferred application temperature range?
4 years ago1 Answer
A: Avoid polish and wax applications in extreme temperatures. It's best apply to polish and wax when surface temperatures are between 60-80°F. A simple test is to feel the surface before application; it should not feel too cold or too hot to the touch. Outside ambient air temperature could be warmer than the surface temperature, such as in the morning after a cold night, or later in the day after exposure to the hot sun. If the surface temperature is cold to the touch, wait until it warms up in the ambient air. If the surface is directly in the hot sun, wait until it can cool down in the shade.
