Q: The photo for this product is different from the one on the Parker-Hannefin site (https://www.parker.com/Literature/Racor/15212_Rev_B_500_Seal_Service_Kit.pdf) specifically, the photo you show for the RK15211 includes the 4 bowl screws. But, the photo and list of materials on the Parker page for this kit does NOT show the 4 bowl screws. Are the screws included, or not? The main reason I need this kit is to replace the bowl screws which are rusty. Thank you. Jordan Bigel

A: The kit does not come with screws. JD does not sell the screws but the RACOR part number is RK15081.

Q: Hello, I am looking to rebuild my racor 500 FG SS fuel filter as there is some growth in the sight bowl. The old rebuild kit on board was labeled part number 15212. The closest kit I see listed on your site is part number 15211. Will 15211 service my 500 FG SS Racor fuel filter? Thank you, Brett Smith

A: I don't believe the 500 series filter has changed over the years. They may have updated the items in the kit and changed the number but the sizes should be the same.

Q: Fuel drained back to tank from filter......??

A: I assume your fuel lines are connected correctly Therefore, the only way for fuel to get back to the tank would be via the non return valve Either the ball is damaged or the gasket is damaged or incorrectly fitted

Q: Does the 500/900Racor service kit 111404 include the four bowl screws that are shown in the photo? or just the gaskets?

Q: What is the difference between RAC RK15211 and RK11341? I am looking for seal kits for a pair of RACOR model 500 filter/water separators. I need new o-rings for the input and output hose-barb adaptors, as well as the various bowl seals. Thanks, Steve Lutz
