Product Details

Attwood Waterbuster Cordless Pump is a stand alone water pump useful for removing unwanted water in boats, fish tanks, kayaks, sinks and anywhere water is trapped and needs to be pumped out. Runs up to 5 hours and pumps 200 gallons per hour on three alkaline D batteries. Excellent for use as a portable pump-out device for paddle boats, inflatables and kayaks. Waterbuster pumps include 42" hose which wraps around pump housing for convenient storage and male fitting for attaching a garden hose.

purchased this pump to pump out compartment under the deck which does not drain to electric bilge pump. works great as one can move around to pump all water out. Pump seems to prime very easy also. Attached hose can be added to with standard garden hose fitting. So far so good!

Great idea, inferior quality

I have owned 2 of these. First one worked fine,ran it 4-5 hours. Cleaned up and stored for 2 years sans batteries. Tried to run and found one of brush holders detached and loose in motor. Returned to retailer, they gave me a new one. Never ran this one stored it to have it on hand if needed. 2 years later it didnt run. Upon investigation I found that wire from switch to the brush holder had turned black and separated from the switch and the brush holder had also turned black and separated.
