Product Details
Trident Flex Marine Wet Exhaust Water Hose is a premium certified wet exhaust hose used for longer bend connections. It features thick tube construction and external cover with wire helix between 2 ply reinforcement.
These hoses also feature excellent flexibility and bend radius. They resist heat, ozone, fumes and will not collapse. Exhaust hoses should always be double clamped when installing. Many different diameter sizes and lengths are available for just about any exhaust system. The smaller diameter sizes can be used for engine intake, critical water, drain, scupper bilge and sanitation uses.

Not as flexible as expected

This was used on my 89 Challenger Bayliner as an exhaust.The pipe did not flex as well as I thought it should. It was very difficult to install and started to collapse a little on one side when bent to install. The old exhaust bent more easily. I would not buy this one again, if it had to be at a slight bend to install.

Q: Good morning , I'm looking for a 8 ft piece of Trident Flex marine wet exhaust hose 3"" #250--3000 sae-j2006 can you sell by the foot or can you cut it for me and ship an 8ft piece and a 4 ft piece ?

A: The closest length we have would be the 12 1/2' length. We don't sell it by the foot, you would have to buy that length and then cut it.

A: Paul, Sorry for the late response, I used a hacksaw. The thicker lines have 2 wires and the smaller lines only have 1, I used a dremel cutter to cut the wire once it was exposed

Q: TRC 250312648, 3.5"" ID. What is the OD? What is the burst pressure? What radius will it bend to?

A: I am very sorry but I cannot answer this question. My application was A direct shot at 36"" from a diesel to a exhaust line, So No bend radiuses and the pressure was only a few PSI. Personally I cannot see it bending greater than a 12 ft radius, It is Very stiff with a wire core line. It is a beautiful design very rigid Paul
