Cannot purchase hardener

I have used this two part primer several times with good results. Somehow with my most recent purchase I somehow lost the hardener ( part B) after using a very small amount of primer. I contacted Epifanes to see if they would sell me just part B. No luck now I am stuck with a mostly full can . Going in the trash.

Q: null I read on a forum that sign painters are starting to switch to marine paints due to changes in formulation of the old style sign paints. I need to paint two signs roughly 4'x8' each. The material is sign board 3/4__quote__ plywood with a paper surface on one face for smoothness. The signs will be back to back with the wood surface not exposed. I feel I should seal the edges and prime all surfaces. I would appreciate your advice on what materials I should select. Application will be by roller and brush, no spraying. Background is to be white. Lettering is to be green. I already selected EPF-Mu3172750 Epifanes Monourethane Coating #3172 Dark Green for the lettering, but I am not sure what makes the most sense for primer and white color. Please advise what primer and top coat you would recommend and quantity. Also, if you think a better paint for lettering or my application would be in order, please let me know. Which products should I order? Sincerely, Gordon

A: I am using this primer as a sealing, protecting barrier base on top of epoxied marine grade plywood under the top coat. It appears that this paint likes (requires) the epoxied wood base to hook into. This is an expensive primer and I am impressed by it's magic. I mix the whole can each time I use it. This primer has a pot life after mixing. Application is temperature sensitive. Good luck.
