BoatLIFE Release Adhesive & Sealant Remover is formulated to remove cured or uncured silicone, polyurethane, and polysulfide adhesives. Great for clean-up on hands, tools and equipment. Removes tapes, labels, and decals from metal, fiberglass, and wood. Will not harm metals, fiberglass gel coat, glass, or Plexiglas. Safe on most carpets, vinyl, plastics and painted surfaces. Use while caulking for a perfect finish.

Needed to remove old keel protector tape and adhesive from boat. I purchased $36 per pint product to protect gelcoat, product didn't remove tape al all. Did remove silicone.

Had some glue on a speaker grill of a Guitar Amp. I got used and had tried everything could think of to remove it.Got a bottle of this item and like magic it was gone.Now the Amp. looks like new, thanks and have a nice day.

Q: Before I order and use on my boat, I just had it painted and by mistaken misplaced a bigger decal that I need to reinstall. Will this product harm the paint in anyway? I need to be sure I spent alot of money to paint the boat. Thanks.

A: You would need to try it in a small area to see if it effects the paint.
