Kanberra Gel neutralizes mold, mildew, bacteria, unpleasant odors, allergens, and other airborne impurities from your indoor air supply while providing symptomatic relief from asthma and many allergies. Use it effectively in all enclosed spaces: Boat cabins, storage lockers, and bilge areas.
To use Kanberra Gel, open the jar to reveal the vent holes, and place in a room or into a ventilation system. Kanberra Wipes are also infused with antiseptic tea tree oil that attacks mold and bacteria on contact. These handy 7 x 8 in. wipes are all natural, fragrance free, and contain no harsh chemicals. Great for boat, camper, or home use.
Kanberra Gel and Wipes are completely safe for use around children and pets.
Gel is available in 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz, and 24 oz. (refill) sizes. 30 ct. Wipes are available in a resealable container.

This product keeps the boat smelling fresh. Even if closed up for a few days or more, there isn't a damp smell when you go below deck.

had a smoker who has now stopped, moved into a spare bedroom and smoked in it for 1 month, and I bought the product because they are used in used boats and RVs but they did not work in a house to remove the smell didn't even smell the product after the first day or two.

didn't meet expectations

had a person move into a spare bedroom who smoked (a electronic cigarette)and told him no smoking in the bedroom he said it did leave a residue or a smell but he use flavors and it did leave a smell but it does and we bought this to remove the smell because they said it is used in RVs and Boats that are used. But it didn't work it the house.

Used in a bedroom that had cats but the product didn't cover or soak up the smell. The product didn't smell long. I understood that it would last 30 days but it didn't last 2 weeks. that isn't what I expected I paid almost 100 dollars for the 4oz and 8oz (1 each) and it didn't work wrote the company and no reply.

Q: null Hello, Approximately how long does the product last, for example a 4 oz gel canister? We have a 29 by 10 ft wooden house boat and would use it for underneath the length of the boat. Thank you.

A: Hi Pam I use it in the boat during winter storage. A good 6 months under a tarp. It is about half gone when I open the boat up and I leave for the summer, then toss it for a new one in the fall. It appears to keep the mold away. Good luck jim

A: This product works great. I only use about a tsp in a container and leave it in the boat. I return next weekend and NO mildew. Before using this there was mildew on the canvas. Highly recommended.

Q: null I would like to try Kanberra Gel in my boat to prevent/control mold. My two cats travel on the boat with me. Tea tree oil is harmful to cats If used on their skin, so I want to be sure breathing the vapors of Kanberra Gel will be safe for them. Can anyone tell me they've used it around cats and it's safe? Thanks!

A: We use Kanberra gel and love the product. We do not have pets on board though so do not know how to advise the cat question.

Q: null We can leave it open while we and our cats are aboard, right? Several things I read indicate using it only when the boat is closed up, after people leave.

A: The basic ingredient is tea tree oil. I use it on our boat and also in musty smelling rental units. It doesn't have an odor and really does the job. I highly recommend it.
