Product Details

Heavy duty AFI MRV Windshield Wiper Motors feature adjustable speeds, sweep angles, and self-parking options in a corrosion-resistant casing. They are designed to be mounted in the interior or in a location that is well-protected from the elements. A white MRV motor cover (33205) helps offer additional protection to the motor though it does not make it truly weatherproof.

Slow and fast motor speeds range from 32-40 sweeps/minute and 52-60 sweeps/minute respectively. Standard sweep angles are set to either 80° or 110° during production, but can be adjusted to sweep 45°, 60°, 80°, or 110° angles. The motor can also be set to self-park or coast-to-park on either side of the windshield. Available in 1.5, 2.5, or 3.5 inch shaft length. 12V or 24V.

Q: I need a complete wiper kit to be installed on a NASCAR. Does this motor allow it to be positioned vertically? Also, need the wiper blades. What do you recommend.

A: As far as the motor itself goes, vertical mount shouldn't be a problem. I sold this as a direct replacement to a customer for a tractor application so there isn't a lot I can tell you about it. I believe it was for a single wiper blade.
