Ancor Marine Grade Wire Is the Only Wire

Why would you use anything other than Ancor marine grade wire on your boat? If you want or need to meet ABYC specifications just use Ancor marine grade wire and you know it will be stranded wire with every strand tinned to prevent corrosion under the insulation. My boat is a ""good old boat"" build before ABYC standards were implemented and the onboard wiring was replaced with Ancor wire only.
