Product Details

Shields Poly X is considered the ultimate sanitation hose. Easy to slip over most fittings, Poly X combines the flexibility of a rubber hose with the permeation resistance of polyurethane, making it one of the most versatile and durable sanitation hoses on the market.

It is made of smooth white neoprene with two textile fabric plies and features a glossy cover of polyurethane that is abrasion resistant and easy to clean. The Poly X can operate at temperatures ranging from -22 degrees +195 degrees F and comes with Shields' lifetime warranty against odor permeation.

Available in 12" lengths with internal diameter of 1" as well as 12' and 50' lengths with internal diameter of 1-1/2".

the best sanitation hose ever

I have dealt with heads and marine sanitation for over 55 years. Shields Marine Poly X Sanitation hose lives up to it's claim. Absolutely no oder even with sitting waste. A little more effort to install.

Poly X is worth the price difference

I installed a new sanitation system on my 480 SeaRay and only wanted to do it once. The old hoses had a smell the Poly X will prevent even over the long runs from the Vacu Flush to the Purasan. The hose bends much easier than the white hose. Barbed fittings slide into the hose with some effort.

A: It comes in 1"" or 1 1/2"" ID and requires a hose barb fitting.
