Wrong size. I had to send back

Ordered a basket size of 12 inches. I thought 12 inches was just the basket. But it included handle. So the basket wasn't long enough. Had to send back and think I pay restocking fee plus shipping. Return process is costly. But folks at Jamestown are nice
