Stikit Sanding blocks
This is the best sanding system I have ever used for refinishing the teak on my boat and for sanding just about anything. I have 120, 220, and 320 grit rolls and that covers the waterfront. I wish they had rolls of wet sand paper. This is a very expensive system but once you buy the rolls of paper and the two blocks you will find that they last for years and you will never be without them.

where to buy paper for this block?

I own this block. Love it. But am in need of paper. Jamestown - there ought to be a link on this page for easily buying the right paper. Do you not sell it? Paper on rolls in a wide VARIETY of grits is needed.

Using this to build a wooden kayak. Places where the boat is flat is when I use this.

I love this thing :)

This alleviates much of the tiredness your hand usually endures when you sand. I also love the quickness of changing sheets.

Fits like a glove

These 3M blocks have a very well shaped handhold, just fits into the palm so well. They're very lightweight so they don't tire you out and so you can be very agile with moving them over the wood. I find them very handy for quick touch up work, such as softening corners. I start with the stiff block and 80 grit paper (PSA, of course) to create the camber in about 3 strokes, then pull out the soft block with 120 grit or higher and round those corners out.
