Epoxy Spreaders - Single Edge

Might be good for resin but are not robust enough to spread and smooth filler.

Easy to use and quick to set up. Great for the small areas of patching I did on my boat.

I used gloves before and it was a mess, these are so much easier to work with.

These may not be the cheapest option available, but they're without a doubt the best I've used yet. They withstand multiple uses, can be cleaned with acetone (when using epoxy), and are the right softness for applying varying pressure or conforming to a cambered surface. The edges will get a little torn if you are spreading filler over a rough surface. I've tried other yellow generic spreaders, but they melt when you attempt to clean them, and break if you attempt to chip the cured epoxy off.

For a very large project I would recommend next wider size, these were perfect for my medium size application. Worked perfect.

Made a wake surfing surf board and fiberglass cloth was great . Epoxy spreaders also worked great

Be easier to spread if edges were notched (serrated). Mason trowel with notches worked very well.

I found that these simple spreaders spread 5:1 Epoxy well, giving good wetting and spreading without a lot of headaches. They clean up so easily that I have used only one of the bunch that I bought.

Used to spread epoxy and work great. Wiped them with ascetone after using and they were reusable.
