Star Brite Epoxy Putty is one of those items no boat should be without. Use it in emergency situations to repair damaged fiberglass, wood, metal, and plastic. It even cures underwater. This fast-acting epoxy can be drilled, tapped, and sanded upon cure.
To use, simply hand-knead until the putty turns white in color, then apply to the damaged area. Smooth it like molding clay. You have just a few minutes working time before it begins to set.

Q: null Can Star Brite Epoxy Putty stick be applied to a wet surface or is a dry surface necessary for adhesion? Thanks.

A: They say you can apply it to a wet surface but I have found it to be problematic. You will get better results if you can dry and sand the substrate with 80 grit.
