Great Company But....
I purchased 10' 2 inch hose The hose sections I was replacing was exactly 5 feet The 10 foot hoses measured 9 feet 10 3/4 inches. Fortunately it worked out but I should have received 10 feet. I know it was drop shipped and not Jamestown's fault but I have to mention it.

Direct replacement for old fuel line
Fuel line was a direct replacement. It was much more flexible than I expected. Jamestown Distributors had the best price and shipping was very fast.

Q: can this 1-1/2"" diameter be preshaped prior to installation? I have a tight radius coming off the aluminum tank connection and wanted to minimized the strain on the fitting. I was hoping to get some shape into the hose to effect a 45 degree bend. (ps I know it's flexible but is there a way to get it to hold a shape? )

A: you may want to try sliding it inside an electrical 2-inch sweep-90 pvc pipe. You may also want to warm the hose up - either letting it sit in the sun for an hour or (if it is short) place it in the oven at 115 degrees
