The order contained everything I needed, no missing parts, shipping & handling was expedited efficiently with no delays or extra charges. Installation was easy but the plumbing external of the toilet took some time.

I would buy this product again

This unit was almost a direct replacement for the old one. I had to move this one about 1/2 inch forward of the old location. The MFG finally got smart and moved the rear mounting holes (the two that used to be under the pump and were virtually inaccessible) to a single mounting hole in the front where it is accessible.

Replaced complete pump motor assembly

If you have a problem in the pump assembly and you do not have the time to re-build it. Simply replacing the whole pump assembly took less than 1 hour. The head is back in full working order.

WOW Amazing

This schit house is fantastic. I bought one for my boat and I couldn't be happier. When you sit on this toilet you feel like a king on his throne. In my opinion, everyone should buy one. I am going to buy a second one for my house so my family can experience the same joy that I do when taking a number 2. It is so clean that after you flush you can even use it to wash your hands.

Q: Do you have a diagram regarding mounting the Jabsco Electric Marine Toilet? I am interested in any bolt pattern, routing of supply and waste water, and exact size for fitting into an existing area.

Q: My Jabsco elect toilet has the one side only rinse into the bowl.(both sides last year/no changes) Is the flapper valve on the outlet side a possible culprit? Also I used to have a small amount of seawater that stayed in the bowl after each flush. Not happening now. Is that internal to the toilet? Suggestions.

A: Hi - No idea re: one side rinse (I would guess a clog in the drainage points. maybe fix with some moderate air compression?). I always have a small amount of seawater (1/2-3/4"") in bowl. No big deal. Never completely evacuates.

Q: What about rebuild kits for the pump/Macerator?

A: If used in salt water,I found the complete toilet a better option due to corrosion of mating surfaces. Not worth time and effort to rebuild. Also I found the Jabsco on sale for $230.

Q: Our boat just went in the water after winter storage. The 37010-1090 was winterized by filling bowl with plumbing anti freeze and pumping the anti freeze thru to the holding tank. When I tried to use the toilet it would not pump in lake water. I filled the bowl with water from a pail and was able to pump into holding tank. Does that mean the impeller is okay? RGC

A: As far as I would think if the pump empties the bowl it should also provide water from the intake source. Make sure there is no shutoff valve that has been closed. Possibly remove the intake hose from the motor and using normal land hose water pressure try using reverse flow to see if you get flow out the intake. It seems that something is blocking the intake. If it was working when the boat was pulled out itl should work going back in unless you get tricked by a vented loop hose that prevents completing suction to the pump motor.

Q: I had to reposition the base 90 degrees so the toilet would fit the space as the pump/motor were sticking out too far behind the bowl. Now the bowl hose is too short so can I also turn the pump and motor 90 or 180 degrees to make hose connections easier? I know that I can buy a longer hose but wondered if there was a better solution.

Q: We inherited a 31st Chris craft with this toilet. It wasn't used hardly, it's the oldest made. How do I tell if it's working?

A: Use a voltmeter and see if there is proper voltage at the pish button flush switch. If this checks out, trace the inlet and outlet plumbing, ensuring all of the valves are open. Pish the flush button and it should operate.

Q: I installed the new regular size jabsco electric toilet, and now the water only rinses on one side. The water doesn't come out completely all around the toilet. the old one did. We have checked all the lines, nothing is blocked. What could be causing this?
