Product Details

Star Brite Tropical Teak Oil Sealer protects teak from UV damage, dirt, and blackening while enhancing the color of the wood. It is applied and removed the same as traditional teak oils, but only a single coat is required for a year of protection even in tropical environments.

Teak wood is notoriously high maintenance. Every year, boat owners find themselves cleaning, sanding, oiling, and sealing badly weathered teak. Tropical teak sealer is the closest thing there is to making this wood maintenance-free. It contains pigments to enhance teak's natural beauty, provide 100% UV protection, seal out dirt, and keep the wood from turning black over time.

Choose Natural light or Classic in 16 or 32 ounce sizes. Classic provides the warm, traditional look teak has after being oiled. Natural preserves a freshly-cleaned appearance.

A: This dries like a paint, so you'll most likely have to sand it off or use a paint remover then sand. John Stax Progressive Employee Benefits

A: The key to this product is that once applied it will not need to be stripped and cleaned. additional coats can be applied seasonally For a Darker look. Make sure you buy the dark color. It will look good for several years.
