Q: null Fine or medium for straining Epifanes varnish?
9 years ago5 Answers
A: I have purchased both: Fine for all varnishes and coarse for paints. I never strain when I open a fresh can but I do for every succeeding use.

Q: null What is the micron size of the fine and medium filter media?
10 years ago1 Answer
A: I'm not sure of the micron size of the openings. I use these disposable strainers for varnish, old varnish and fresh out of the can new varnish because I'm very picky and I have never found any contaminants in my strained varnish.
