Ordered a screen and the trim for it ,I received 2different

There parts did not fit .I gave your order dept.the factory numbers on the hatch .received 2different screens.Both way wrong ..I paid freight both ways ..I still have not received my credit for the wrong parts. The order #s282062/s2820627 ..I feel that I should get credit for the return freight...The RAS2823058 Was shipped 10/08/15
