Not Pleased.

First of all, I do not even have the product. Placed my order, took my money, and then told me it would not be shipped until 7 July. It's the 13th, and still not shipped. Not a very nice way to do business. At least tell me it is not in stock, and be honest with shipment date. I doubt I will ever order from you again. Hopefully, I will eventually get my order.

I replace the hardware on boat docks in my down time. I recently started redoing a aluminium decked pontoon boats. I get all my supplies from Jamestown Dist. The quality is good and the price is hard to beat.

Q: What grade stainless steel is this? 18-8 or 316 or ....?:

A: Probably 18-8 as most stainless fasteners are. It's the best compromise of strength and corrosion resistance.
