GREAT Set - VERY POOR Customer Service
This countersink drill bit set is one of the best I've seen on the market and used. I've used it for many years. Trouble is one of my tapered counter sink drill bits broke. I contacted Fuller by e-mail for a replacement and all I got was the typical-templated corporate blow off!! ""Check out product listings for available products"". I was expecting much more from customer service. If your investing the [$] for this set expecting to be able to purchase component parts in the future from Fuller, forget it. They won't help you!! It's really too bad a company can put out such a fine product then not service you at a later time.

Fuller is the ""Gold Standard""

Having used them for years, and tried several alternatives, nothing comes close to ease of use, versatility, speed of cutting and durability of the Fuller taper bits, countersinks, and plug cutters.

Q: Renn Tolman in his book ""Tolman Alaskan Skiffs"" recommended buying the Fuller set #6 from your company because you ""offer a choice of five sizes of drills with countersinks included. Choose three for #6 (part No. C5), one for #8 screws (part No. C7), and one for #10 screws (part No. C9)."" Is this still available as a set? I do not see it listed on-line, but hope you do. Thanks.
