For longevity and corrosion prevention, bronze bolts and screws are necessary fasteners for building boats. I haven't installed mine yet but they appear as advertised.

Great Quality in a hard-to-find bolt

These great bolts are hard to find. JD has such a phemoninal selection of specialty hardware in non-corrosive materials. I used these to secure a copper lamppost - nothing else would last as long, look as good, and not react with the copper in the outdoor environment.

What you see is what you expect.

The bolts are going into already existing holes below the waterlin and must be an exact fit. Bolts obtained from other sources were not.
