I believe ours is the 1' 1/2 inch inside diameter...I have went to every store in our area and have been able to find nothing that will work...basically need a either couple 90's or a few 45's

Q: Hi, I was wondering if you do custom cuts for this hose? I only need 13 ft so wanted to ask before buying two 10 ft sections. Thank you! Suzanne

A: Hi Suzanne, unfortunately, all of our marine hose is sold in standard lengths. There are other retailers with storefronts who will cut hose for you. Thanks!

Q: Is the shields sanitation hose oil resistant? I want to use it for oil suction hose.

3 Answers

A: I only used it for Sanitation holding tank, I do not know if oil resistant however they say can be used in bilge. It is smooth and rigid, I sealed it with goop as I did not like the way it did not snug down on the fittings, my feeling is it would be too rigid for a vacume line that you might want to bend and flex. the shield flex water exhaust hose my work better
